1. NATURE OF SERVICE & APPROVAL
By submitting a campaign ("Advertisement") to Pig Derby ("Platform"), the Advertiser acknowledges that payment constitutes a request for ad space, not a guarantee of publication. All Advertisements are subject to a mandatory manual review process ("Moderation"). The Platform reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any Advertisement at its sole discretion, without providing a detailed cause.

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT (ZERO TOLERANCE)
The Platform enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against:
• Illegal Content: Promotion of drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or illegal services.
• Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit imagery, or excessive nudity.
• Hate & Harassment: Content that promotes discrimination, violence, or hate speech.
• Deceptive Practices: Scams, "get rich quick" schemes, misleading claims, or assets mimicking Platform UI elements.
• Malicious Links: URLs leading to malware, phishing sites, or non-secure (HTTP) destinations.

3. ADVERTISER REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
The Advertiser warrants that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all text, images, and logos used in the Advertisement. The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the content of their Advertisement or the destination URL.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Rejection: If an Advertisement is rejected for minor policy violations (e.g., text legibility), the Advertiser may be offered an opportunity to amend the creative.
• Severe Violations: If an Advertisement is rejected due to malicious intent (e.g., scams, malware links, or illegal content), the Platform reserves the right to retain a $10.00 Administrative Fee from any refund to cover moderation costs.
• Active Campaigns: No refunds are issued for campaigns that have already been approved and delivered impressions.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Platform provides advertising services "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific engagement metrics, click-through rates (CTR), or return on investment (ROI). The Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the display or non-display of any Advertisement.

By entering the game, you accept our Cookie & Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and you consent to optional analytics so we can see how the game is played. We do not sell data, and we will never sell your data. Our revenue is generated solely through our internal advertisement banner system.
🎲 Pig Derby contains simulated betting with virtual money only. There is no real-money gambling, no cash prizes and nothing to win. Recommended for ages 12+. Enjoy the game!

1. No Real-Money Gambling

Pig Derby includes betting and odds as a game mechanic. All stakes, winnings, balances and currency shown in the game are virtual and have no monetary value. You cannot deposit money, you cannot withdraw money, and nothing in the game can be exchanged for cash, goods or prizes. Practising simulated betting is not an indicator of future success in real gambling.

2. Age

Because the game depicts simulated betting, we recommend it for players aged 12 and over. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (13–16 depending on where you live), please ask a parent or guardian before creating an account or sending us feedback. You do not need an account to play.

3. Fair Use

Play the game as intended. Do not attempt to manipulate the game economy, advertisement counters or leaderboards, do not use automated clients, and do not attempt to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Your Save Data

Your progress is stored in your own browser. Clearing your browser data deletes it, and we cannot recover it unless you have enabled cloud save with an account. Pig Derby is in beta: we may need to change game balance or, rarely, reset progress.

5. Advertisements

The game shows banner advertisements from third parties on the trackside billboard. Clicking one opens an external website that we do not control and are not responsible for. Advertisers are bound by our separate Terms of Advertising Service. To report an advertisement, email us using the address in the Privacy Policy.

6. No Warranty

Pig Derby is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game.

1. Data Usage

Pig Derby uses cookies and local storage primarily to maintain your game session, save your progress, and ensure a seamless user experience. Apart from the audience measurement described in section 3, all data collection is strictly for internal use.

2. Internal Advertisement System

Our revenue is generated through an internal advertisement banner system. To provide value to our advertisers, we track total impressions and unique views. This tracking is aggregated and does not identify individual players personally.

3. Audience Measurement

We count how many browsers open the game, so we know whether anyone is actually playing. To do this we store a random ID in your browser's local storage together with a visit count and a timestamp. It contains no personal information and is never shared with anyone. We keep these counts for 13 months, after which they are deleted.

If you accept on the welcome screen, we may also enable Google Analytics to understand how the game is played, with Google acting as our data processor. Google Analytics is currently switched off and collects nothing — the consent choice is stored so it is respected if we ever turn it on. You can decline with "Play without analytics", and you can change your mind at any time under Privacy in the main menu, without losing your save.

4. Accounts, Payments and Who Processes What

Most people never sign in, and the game is fully playable without an account. If you do use one of the optional features below, these third parties process data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase — hosting, database and sign-in. If you create an account (for cloud save or the Advertiser Hub) we store your email address and an account ID. Signed-in players also write a short "still online" heartbeat.
• Stripe — card payments, for advertisers only. Players never pay us anything. We never see or store your full card details.
• Email delivery — used to send advertiser receipts and to forward feedback you send us.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — the spam check on the feedback form. Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser information in order to tell people apart from bots. It is not used to track you across websites.

You do not need an account to send feedback. Your message goes to the studio's own inbox — the same one that receives messages from angrymariusgames.com — together with your email address only if you choose to give one, so we can reply. Messages caught as spam are deleted after a week; everything else after 90 days.

5. Your Rights & Contact

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you have an account, Delete my data in the main menu removes your account data immediately. Your local save lives in your own browser — clearing site data removes it.

6. Data Privacy Guarantee

We believe in absolute transparency. We never share, sell, or trade user-specific information, genetic pig data, or financial transaction history with third-party data brokers or external marketing agencies.
